Like you Matthew I have found myself spending more and more time on Youtube because there is a huge amount of great content. I have subscribed to a number of users and often spend the morning commute catching up on the latest content. Some of my favourites:

No, it is a fishing channel called Fishing with Luiza, it's like John Wilson's (RIP) Go Fishing, but a little more watchable. She just happens to wear a bikini in every video which I am sure is only because she lives in Florida and it is hot.
