DC Blocker GB closing soon

I need 8 plug points so there any reason I should not use 2 complete units plugged into a double wall socket?

Alan

I note P-A is saying 12A rating for DC03. Depends on what your 8 items are! 13A fuse on the input side plug isn't going to wash either so 10A BS1362 for those of us in the UK. Then you have 10A max for your 8 items ...

As there were no objections from Per Anders I will use 2 boxes so I can split the distribution, 4 outlets from each
I like the look of those Neutrik Powcon connectors CK, neat solution.

The are superb @337alant and they also remove the need to fuse the individual IEC leads. I blinged up the mains plug with a fancy MS-HD one too!.. which comes with a fancy fuse ;)

If you like use the PoweCON1 outlet link to daisy chain them? this only passes on the 240v AC from the inlet so not going though any for of filter to the next.

This way you'd only have one mains plug at the wall.

Dont know yet might have 2 modushop galaxy cases Ill have to check?
Where did you get yours from ?.

Alan

Farnells, but you car order them direct from BOPLA UK. https://www.bopla.de/gehaeusetechnik/product/alubos/alubos-2070-gehaeuseprofile.html
Also did you see my group buy deal? if there appitite for 10+ cases they can be had for £60 with all the machining for the Neutrik connectors pre-done at factory so all anyone would need do is the fairly easy assembly.
They are very nice but Is that 60 quid each ?
I'm leaning towards a case like this

Can't a suitably sized ABS case used for this? Be massively cheaper.

2K lacquered non conductive MDF, it;s the future.;)
