Danish Hi Fi NERD
I just ordered the Reference version for my P3 with Neo PSU.
The overall impression is that everything is more calm and relaxed.
OK, I just installed the Reference EBLT and I can definitely hear a difference. The soundstage is more relaxed and calm. I also think I can hear a bit more details. The overall impression is that everything is more calm and relaxed.
I just put a pair of the reference EBLT black belts on my P9 and I agree with your assessment. Relaxed, yet detailed, with liveness that sometimes evade Regas.Well, I should have been more clear. The presentation and the soundstage have a more relaxed presentation. Sharp guitars still have attack and edge of course.

I don’t think the advance belts were released until mid March but I’d pm Paul Darwin to be sure?Sorry if this is a really silly question. I bought my Planar 8 in December. I imagine that the EBLTs that came with it are those now described as ‘Advanced EBLTs’. Or is the Advanced an improved version over the EBLTs that I already have? I ask because I’ve ordered a pair of the Reference belts and I don’t want to bin the belts I’ve got if they can be of use to someone for a few quid.
Slightly off topic, but did the Neo power supply make much difference on your planar 3?
It did indeed.
Fit a reference belt to my RP6 today, previously using an Edwards Blue Belter.
