Much love indeed here. He was a brilliant Bass player. Almost on a par with Percy Jones as a guy that could keep up with those unreal timing signatures coming from the drums. Brand X and Phil Collins springs to mind. Nuclear Burn.
Heard Born on the Bayou on Radio Paradise the other day and it sounded awesome. Just realised I have a 1969 USA Hollywood first pressing of Creedence Bayou Country in mint condition. No idea where or when I picked it up but it sounds bloody great. Really enjoying it. Those guys could play!
