Prompted by the post by @RickyC6 in the BN Classics thread - King 1978. Nothing to compare it too but sounds good to me!

Oooh I'd like one of them!

Didn't know them, but just listened on Spotty and it's great - more investigations needed. Any recommendations from the earlier stuff?
Fade-Out is my fav earlier album, although they have only done 4 albums including this latest. For a decent intro to their earlier stuff, the compilation The World in Your Eyes is a good start. The Wolf Flow Peel Sessions suggested above by @idlewithnodrive is also good.

Big Red Machine - How long do you think it"s gonna last? On vinyl

Justin Vernon, the Dressner brothers, Taylor Swift and Fleet Foxes explore the same sort of territory as Taylor's Evermore/Folklore but with only a couple of writing/vocal contributions from TS - some great melodies and interesting textures.

The Albion Band - Ries Up Like The Sun - original vinyl from 1978.

Well reviewed folk rock album which never really had commercial success. Brought to mind by another pfm post on here a month or so ago - features virtually anyone you've heard of from the Fairport/Steeleye Span gang!
