What are you cooking tonight?

Beans taste nicer in cafes rather than in your own gaff. Always eat beans out of your own property. I was told that by a Rackonyterr.

no cooking for us last night - visit to a local Italian by the lakes. Beef fillet in a mushroom and wine sauce for Louise, and calves liver in butter and sage for me - some veg. Tasty and simple food

Roast leg of lamb tonight, probably cut in plenty of garlic and rosemary.

Second course will be rhubarb crumble, might have local asparagus as a starter, just started last week.

Heinz make a very good gravy for when i pinch one from the fridge.
