What are you cooking tonight?

I keep a bunch of pre-cooked foods in boxes in the fridge that I combine and just heat through in the microwave because I think cooking then immediately eating blunts the tastebuds Not always, but mostly.
So lunch today was a mix of hispi(fried/steamed with butter), Russian kale, kale and some crispy Chinese cabbage. Bit of homemade pork broth. A generous pinch of roasted seeds( sunflower/pumpkin/sesame. Some tinned beans for another texture.A bit of spinach. Four teaspoons of celeriac at the compass points and a bit of something fermented for ‘tang’.
Topped off with sliced belly pork with a homemade tomato relish for a splash of colour. Two mins to throw together and two and a half to heat through when your in settee mood makes sense to me.
 
Colleague bought me back some Hungarian paprika from a work trip to Hungary, so its goulash with shin of beef, mash and spiced red cabbage
