Post-Trump: III (decline, further tantrums, legal proceedings, book deals etc)

Assuming Trump`s appeal fails and he still becomes President how many countries will bar him entry as a convicted criminal?

If true, more crookedness:

I thought that the Supreme Court wasa a federal institution, with no jurisdiction over state jurisdictions.
If they accept a claim the federal constitution was violated, they can step in.

hardly any I'd imagine, and some only bar if the traveller has served time
He can't come here for a start! Much to the delight of the Scots, particularly Janey Godley.

actually ours along with many others are only applied if you serve a prison sentence.

BBC platforming Alina Habba “as one of Trump’s lawyers” - an election denier apologist for his crimes. I’m sure LK will eviscerate the inevitable lies (not) as Habba gets a chance to promote Trump’s grievances and misinformation on national TV.

It's not that clear cut and depends on how long since sentencing and the nature of the offence and the offenders criminal history.

It's hilarious that the Republicans who claim to be the 'law and order' party now are frothing at the mouth and denouncing a juried trial verdict.

Why would you expect the Republican Party to have any kind of moral values? They are the heart of creepiness.

If he’s president he will be allowed into the U.K. regardless of the laws that would apply to anyone else.

Thinking otherwise is unfortunately just fantasy.

From the interweb:

Following his felony convictions. Donald Trump was required to report to probation services to prepare a post conviction pre sentencing report for Judge Merchan. Trump blew off the requirement and left the courthouse before he visited with his new probation officers. That may have been a big mistake.

Judge Merchan depends on the probation report to determine Trump’s sentence. If he cannot follow the rules of probation. Prison may be the necessary sentence.

Whether Trump is sentenced to prison, probation or a ‘split sentence’ of prison and probation. Probation services are about to be a big part of Donald Trump’s life. Criminals on probation are supposed to accept their guilt and show some signs of remorse and retribution for their crimes. Trump is not likley to do that. If Trump doesn‘t follow the rules. He can and will be violated and sentenced to prison.

As a convicted felon, Trump no longer has the freedoms that are afforded to those of us without a felony conviction. One restriction will be on Trump’s travel. As a convicted felon Trump will need permission to leave his state of residence. His passport will be seized and any foreign travel will be prohibited or greatly restricted by his rules of probation. Not only that but many countries do not allow felons to enter their county. This conviction will drastically change Trump‘s life.
