Well Phoebe Bridgers has just owned Glastonbury 2022.
Hopefully she can release a stonking third album in the next 12 months and headline the Pyramid Stage next year.
Saw them in Bristol a few years ago during what was their then final tour before splitting, and reckoned they were as tight a band as I'd seen. They've still got itA greatest hits set but by god they were tight as a gnats chaff....
St Vincent is playing an absolute blinder. Annie’s actually managed to find a bloke who can play guitar pretty much as well/interestingly as she can, and that really takes some doing. She should be further up the bill or headlining.
Caught some Wet Leg and Dry Cleaning on one of the streams, plus some Seun Kuti, but it’s St Vincent that is really delivering so far.
Saw that on the stream earlier, laughed out loud!
Not listened to Phoebe before - liking it a lot.
You have great functioning ears in my book....Kudos to youWatched Supergrass (brilliant) then Idles which was bonkers.
As always, Khruangbin sounding great.St Vincent was superb. Now Khruangbin, some nice dubbed-out spacey funky stuff going on here.
Sam Fender was excellent too
