Interestingly, we had a similarish situation with our Worcester Bosch system boiler. The leak was the obvious bit but the pressure was kinda low (like 0.7) but when heating running up >2.0. Normally it would be like 1.2 static and say 1.4 when running. Anyhow, boiler service man reckoned...
