I like a bit of a cavort
Yup, I’ve been tramping the Scottish hills for over forty years and never known them so dry as recent years. Huge wildfires everywhere. Salmon can’t spawn etc. I read this morning we’re currently on course for. 3°-4°rise in global temperatures. Goodnight Vienna. It’s enough to turn you to drink. The Malt Review has increasingly focused on bourbon since ownership went to the US, but I thought this was quite interesting on water shortages and the Loch Lomond Whisky Exchange single cask:

Note it is Michael Henry of Loch Lomond (and Glen Scotia) who is behind the swathe of innovative releases coming out of late.
