Mike, he's buried in St. Thomas's church graveyard in Winchelsea, East Sussex. I walked past his grave yesterday. MikeDunno, but it does sound like his work; not dissimilar to his gravestone in Oz (Sydney?) which states 'I told you I was ill'.
