Bloviator - a deliverer of empty inflated rhetoric.

Mumpsimus (16th C)

Someone who refuses to budge/insists that they are right, despite clear evidence that they are wrong. Plural: mumpsimuses.

Probably an old phrase, but I hadn't heard it before. Instead of "couch potato", a person who spends too much time on a computer is a "mouse potato".
