Nerdy question: does anyone know why the Boplicity catalogue numbers switched from BOP to COP after the first few releases?

Nerdy answer: the following is my lowest numbered COP by Boplicity and I always thought it was because they were originally Contemporary releases.

This was posted on LencoHeaven with the simple comment “Superb” so I had to listen. It’s great, tones of Ian Carr, Kenny Wheeler and others of that era.
