There are a few Red Snapper albums > this is my favourite, ( and has been since 1998) difficult to put into one box - jazz vz drum & bass in parts. Always a great listen all the way through. The sound on this double L.P. is most pleasant.
Suicide - 1st Album. BMG Red Vinyl Reissue. What a great album from a much maligned act. Saw them supporting The Clash in Bristol and getting bottled off the stage - bonkers.
Foy Vance - From Muscle Shoals
This came as a Tidal suggestion, never before heard of the chap.
I am totally woken, love that sound and all the more impressive that it's contemporary, closest that I ever witnessed live was a Huey Lewis & the News gig long time ago with an awesome horns section.
Embarrassed to say its the first time I have heard it and its a wonderful meld of West Coast US with West Coast Wales. It even has the late, great Ken Whaley playing Bass.
