Well what can one say about this dark grunge masterpiece from the masters, Alice in Chains. Tracks like Grind are fantastic and help me to overlook some of the bloat on this, their last studio album.

Daft Punk - Da Funk.

Fell in love with this song and Homework when it was released in 1996. I was a first year student at university and this takes me straight back to life in college.

Somewhere along the way I lost the CD (but not the case), so I finally got round to re-buying it from Amazon this weekend.

Like the return of an old friend....

On a ferry boat to Greece this was running in the disco at night.
The full moon reflecting on the sea-surface through the bulleyes,
a few drinks and a one-night stand with a young and very attractive blonde..
