Om Kolthom – Fat El Mead (on the Sono Cairo label)

Great music, terrible sound.

Masada- Live in Sevilla

Pretty much all I've listened to since Saturday. Still waiting for my Amazon order of more Zorn to arrive...

The Isle of The Dead -- Symphonic poem, Rachmaninov.

Not sure where this record came from, I've a fair number of classical records which I've not got around to just yet, and this was one of them. Anyway, it seemed appropriate after the London bombings.

The first movement in particular is extremely "creepy", horror-movie style music.

Royksopp's new one - Just about to put that one on...
Jeff Waynes WOTW - memories of this being played in my house as a kid rofl

Pixies, live in Boston Dec 2004, one of the limited edition CDs they put out of their reunion tour. OK, not world-changing, they don't sound to me like they're doing anything hugely new with any of it, all the songs are played almost exactly as they were on the original albums. Disappointing really.

Yes, it's that kind of record. I never get tired of it though, which is unusual.
NP Mozart something or other in G-Moll.
