It's funny; as a guitarist (& distorted amps, really are my thing too) I baulk at an electric guitar on a Tabor song, I don't want to hear it. Kinda likewise as an acoustic guitarist.. I actually shivver in abject horror at any such guitar, in a church!
'Morning has Broken...' on an acoustic, in a church, by a bearded male (or bearded female) for eg... would be my Folk Hell.

That's just about my favourite too, mid-career. I also like the Quercus album and its follow-up. I think that I've got pretty well all her recordings.
