After an excellent start back to poor batting once again ! such a shame as we could have been set up for a win .Also modern fielding has come on a long way but is it really worth risking injury just to save 1 run , particularly in a test match . Leach could be out for a while and imo not worth it , better to be safe than sorry

Must say I have found the tributes to Shane Warne by Sky quite moving throughout the coverage, he was held in high esteem as a commentator who continued to love the game. Missing Michael Holdings voice from the coverage too.

Good start for England but then great batting by NZ which England did not seem to have an answer for , unfortunately another loss looks on the cards . We will just have to hope the 2nd new ball brings some results .
