All purpose football thread 2022/23 Season

If you had a team with the array of talent that Chelsea have, and did nothing with them, just sent a vaguely balanced team out on the pitch with no discussion of tactics or strategy against, say, Southampton without a manager, or Fulham…..or West Ham….you’d expect a victory or two.

Potter is making things worse than doing nothing.
 
Good to see Saint-Maxmin starting - such an exciting player running with the ball although today he looks like he’s auditioning for the lead role in The Mummy,
 
Well this has gone well...

The bad news for the Saints is that they can't play us again having already extracted the maximum six points.
Chelsea have now scored 4 goals in their last 10 matches and looked, at times today, an absolute shambles.
I hope Todd has kept all the receipts.

Another pitiful display at Stamford Bridge this afternoon. The first half was beyond poor and I do mean beyond.
 
oooh before I consume too much beer, another win against teams above us. Chipping away so near to a play off place. Bolton fans where gracious..well some.. :D
