You could stick Dynamat sheets on the inside of the case - a product that is designed to do the job, albeit typically for car audio or computer vibration reduction.

Worth trying in parallel with input, output or feedback caps. Not sure how they work in this circuit, but I have them everywhere I can in Starfish and phono stage, which should tell you I like them !
You can mess phase up at cartridge, interconnect, or cable. I would be tempted to check with CD to avoid messing with cartridge tags, and trace all cables very carefully.
