Has N. Korea pushed their luck too far now?

Interesting development. At the risk of being accused of being a Trump supporter, I wonder if he has anything to do with this:

Either way, let's hope it can lead to something positive.
I have an alternative, less optimistic interpretation. It’s a negotiating position. They’ve worked out Trump is an impulsive man-baby and they are splitting South Korea from the U.S.

“It is a plot by The Clinton Foundation to undermine the historic peace between Washington and Moscow”- Maxtrump pfm

“It is a plot by Corbyn’s ex-Soviet handlers for the embarrassment of the great Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary, His Excellency Borisova Johnson”. -Mr. P. Dacre.

Interesting that it's been reported that Chinese exports to North Korea have plummeted of late (in response to sanctions) and K.J.Un chooses this time to make his first visit abroad, and to Beijing. the new lifetime premier of China may be able to advise the Korean leader how to have his cake and eat it; maybe by becoming 'the great reformer'. As Mike above says, it's very much in his interest economically and politically.
