At Munich Show again this year so had the opportunity to see and hear some superb looking (and some of even sounded good) kit. Really disappointed that I couldn't hear the big JBL K2 speakers (they would be the 9900 now) as I've always hankered after a pair of K2 9800's.
Sorry, didn't see that part of your post. In all honesty, if you're looking for a near mint copy of anything from the 70's it's a rather pointless exercise (unless someone bought 2 copies and left one on the shelf).
Tend to find that dealers here will typically pay around 30% of retail for a largish collection although this can increase above 50% for specific higher value items (probably because they sell much quicker to known buyers).
I'm about to collect one of the amplifiers and 6 Bose FreeSpace DS40SE speakers. The amplifier and speakers were originally installed in a restaurant that closed down and I bought them from a clearance sale (as working but untested).

I was told on another forum that he should just be able to fix a two pin plug to the Rock (after removing the standard 13A plug) and plug into the Merlin.
A friend of mine has a Rock II and has just bought a Merlin power supply.
Does anyone have any instructions of how to fit the supply to the turntable please (I know it isn’t plug and play)?
