Triangle £1000 Jobs (1997)- can't remember model - much more boogie and realistic then the E's.A touch bright though, but to be fair a lot cheaper.
Triangle Quatuors (2010) - fabulous, but a touch light in the bass.Changed for the sake of it :rolleyes:
B&W 800D2 (2014) - very impressive but regretted it, no emotion.
Revel Salon 2 (2015) - virtually perfect.

Audiomaster Image 2. .About 1978 still have them , so good. In 3rd system.
Quad 11l , the early ones made by Spendor,still in 2nd system 1995
2006 B & W XT4..very happy.

no imminent changes, maybe in a few years.

Could not agree more.

My own history:

Celestion Ditton 15XR (1980-1987) - still going strong at a friends' house
Ruark Sabre (1987-1989) - clean sound, deeper bass
Linn Isobarik PMS Rosewood (1989-1999) - beautiful finish for a speaker whose looks are not always appreciated.
Revel Studio (1999 - 2013) - Were fabulous until the day I heard...
Revel Salon 2 (2013-) - bury me in their boxes.

I do not see many people with the newer Prestige Series from Tannoy.. I love mine and the fuller sound they bring makes the music sound bette r than my Harbeth Compact 7ES3...
