Thanks, been waiting to try the Caol Ila for a while now. As a few others seem to be doing, I’m waiting on the next discount to seriously stock up on favourites (Bunna 12 and Ardbeg 10)

Good prices there! The Classic Laddie at that price is a must IMO (I've already got 2 bottles) :D

Got around to opening a bottle of rye that had been hanging around for a while, from the Few distillery in Illinois. Seriously good spirit. Comes in at 46.5%. Spicy with notes of Parma Violet, Turkish Delight and cinnamon. Really lovely.
 
Even though I’m not drinking currently (constantly niggling stomach, think it’s stress, so having a break and concentrating on getting my training back up to full speed)…

I still couldn’t help myself and ordered a few bottles from SMWS :D

Hazelburn 15 and Longrow 21 in basket but "sold out" by the time the whirring and clicking stopped.
Consoled with a Kilkerran Heavily Peated batch 6 which looks dark compared to earlier releases...may just be the website photo.
No doubt Master of Malt will drop while I'm out for a walk/Couch to 5K and Royal Mile Whiskies when I'm distracted by the telly...
 
Was in Indianapolis for the 500 a couple of weeks back and brought home some recommended Bourbon

I haven't drunk scotch in a long while but I was given an aultmore 12 for my birthday. I forgot just how relaxing it is.
