Campari here. I picked up the habit in Norway, where summer by the sea is wonderful.

Fevertree Mediterranean Light Tonic, ice and a slice and plenty of fresh mint.

I know I have made 1000s in my time. Bourbon isn't very light for summer. When I worked with a cocktail bar, we took it off the menu in spring summer
