What are you listening to right now #64

I've got the same 2021 repress. Mine's quite crackly in places - how is yours?
The recording is terrific and a very dynamic pressing but not RTI's best vinyl for sure. My side A is relatively good but with the odd loud click. Side B is much noisier and, again, the odd big one. It's not enough to be a reject for me though and much cheaper than a AP release - I paid £15 mint and sealed, I think.

The Cedar Walton Trio – A Night At Boomers, Vol. 1. 1974 Dutch pressing.

Feels like Cedar Walton is a bit of a neglected figure - perhaps because he mostly recorded as a sideman through the 50s and 60s only really regularly recording as leader from 1967 onwards.

Boygenius , The Record ( CD)

This is by a long way the family's favourite record for quite a while , both Uni student and parents. Great songs that seem to swing from being influenced by Paul Simon to Throwing Muses. It grows on me a bit more each time I hear it.
