After 'Doc at The radar station' last night and 'Lick my decals off baby' in the family room at 6am room whilst the toddler payed with his toys, I'm now listening to the far more restful tones of the first Bread album (an underrated gem from a band I'd far rather listen to than the bloody Eagles).
The more I listen to Blonde the more it gets under my skin, it completely passed me by on release but I heard Pink + White and Ivy on the radio close together so tried the album.
Yep, both of Frank’s proper albums have a great vibe. I could do with a physical copy of Blonde, if only to know more easily who’s on it... an André 3000 verse is hard to miss, but I didn’t know for a while that it’s Beyoncé at the end of Frank/Pharrell’s ‘Pink + White’.
