The Crusaders - Street Life

Very happy memories of listening to this on Dave Gelly's "Night Owls" back in 1986/7 on my JVC walkman.

A couple of inexpensive Blue Note vinyl reissues:

BN 4040 Freddie Hubbard: Open Sesame (Hubbard's first as a leader)

BN 4058 Hank Mobley: Roll Call (Hubbard on trumpet)

Antonio Forcione - Meet Me in London

- downloaded in 24Bit 192Khz resolutiom from Naim Label -One of the best recordings I have ever heard.

Emmylou Harris - Spyboy

I know that it's been said before but one of the great things about going to file based replay is that you end up rediscovering albums that have languished unplayed for many years.

Rush - Clockwork Angels (naughty pre-release download - but I haver three physical copies ordered and paid for so bite me)
