Mahler Symphony 7 - London Symphony Orchestra under Michael Tilson Thomas on RCA.
The music is given time to unfold naturally, nothing is rushed, yet it never sounds too slow. Quite the trick, if you can get it as right as it is here. Very nice.

I must look that one out. The seventh is the one Mahler symphony that I've never warmed to.

That's a terrific Partita, though I do prefer piano for these. My notes say Sokolov, Woodward, Anderszewski, Steuerman and Tureck
