I use the microRendu, which gives excellent SQ. My preferred mode is LMS.
I am using the SBooster PSU, which gives a good lift in performance. Apparently the LPS1 is even better.
Hans Beekheyson stated that the SMS-200 is slightly better at a cheaper price. From posts I have read the SMS also reacts well to upgraded PSUs.
The mR also incorporates the REGEN. If you are looking to use the USB power downstream this may be a useful consideration. For instance, I am using the F1 usb/spdif DDC and therefore this functionality is worth the extra cost.
