These

Unfortunately these three didn't make it to be Guide Dogs so they now live permanently with us.
Lovely dogs and borders - looks like your having the same problem as me with brown patches on the grass though :)

My beautiful Tara who sadly was diagnosed with an oral tumour an hour before that shot was taken this morning.
She’s too old and it’s too expensive to make surgery a realistic option so it’s a wait and see approach and see how it develops and if it starts to affect her quality of life there will really only be one option.😥
So very sorry to read that, she looks lovely. We had something similar with our springer who developed a tumour at the other end and the prognosis at the time was pretty bad, but he was much too old for a major operation to make any sense. That was diagnosed in October last year but as it happened the tumour didn't develop as fast as expected and he went quietly to old age instead.

Is that a wheat field? Is it yours? The farmer at the end of our road has had to erect a barbed wire fence to keep dog walkers out, because he says dog faeces can make his wheat unsalable due to contamination.

We're very fortunate in having a good relationship with local farmers round here - this is quite a walk from our place so rarely gets visited by dog-walkers; means Harley's dropped all the kids off long before getting here. The biggest problem is foxes and muntjac deer around this area. Muntjacs are a royal PITA.
