Laufey on the beach at Mundesley

My ex-sister in law lives right by that beech on the other side of the road between Cromer and Mundesley, and I have walked with her and her dogs [Ayrdales] on that sand many times over the last decades. Sadly my brother and she divorced twenty years ago now, and whilst we remained friends, naturally she found a new love of her life in the end ... I was a friend as much as brother in law, though obviously in the nicest way. But her new man really just did not like me and I have not been over to see her ... well it will seven years in August. Sad loss for me. I was always immensely fond of my [ex] sister in law, even before she and my brother got married.

Anyhow, Lu has had another more earth-bound Sunday in rural Herefordshire today with our usual Sunday walks out, and as ever she really does know how to relax. This from just after lunchtime.
