I've known Juan since the mid- eighties in Edinburgh. His family came to Scotland as refugees from Pinochet. He was involved in running clubs in Edinburgh with his brother Ernesto ( El Cambalache and others) before moving south and involved in clubs, parties and art down here. Artthrob and Red Gallery , The Last Days of Shoreditch.
He spent 22 days on oxygen with covid in the Acute Care Unit at the Royal London last year - said today that at times he didn't think he'd make it. Still recovering.

Thanks so much both. I'm not totally happy with the colour transitions as the image wasn't shot with this in mind; may try with Affinity Photo if it has better colour options than Capture One for future attempts

Looks more like a guiro being played wrongly as in 'you're supposed to scrape it, not blow it' but perhaps the little chap was confused.
