Good guess- though I suspect it isn't a guess. Are you local? I am. I don't know the tank model.

I googled the graffiti and hey presto, "Mandela Way T-34" was the first hit. Not local, way up near Newmarket/Cambridge.

I do enjoy the odd bit of useless military knowledge
