No Time to Die, Yet?

Sir Daniel, at some point maybe. But I’m going to stop reading this thread due to the risk of further spoilers.

Do people seriously expect Chekhov when they go and see a Bond movie? It’s escapist nonsense with beautiful people, great locations and unfeasible physical stunts and a silly story about spy’s. Love a Bond film in its place and DC is one of the best, like some I will wait for a home viewing as Cinema’s still seem scary places to us.

Thought he was in Star Trek

We have just got back from seeing the film.

We are flabbergasted. It was awful. We are unable to find any redeeming features.

Very glad we saw all the Daniel Craig Bond films before we saw this film, because even Quantum of Solace was a five star film compared to this weak excuse.

No details as I don’t want to put spoilers up.

Daughter liked it. Agreed it could have been 20 minutes shorter. Said the dialogue improved by Phoebe WB.

Has done well at the box office so far. It was good though not as good as Skyfall and Casino Royale. Touched bored in the 3/4 of the film but that changed by the end. Plus points - interesting beginning, some nice gadgets, Ana de Armas (good chemistry with Craig), some decent action scenes, a slightly deeper/human Bond, Lashana Lynch, Q and his cat, and the odd good joke. Not sure about Rami Malek though - lots of evil but there have been better Bond villains.

Why not wait 30 years and then watch it on ITV one Sunday afternoon.

In 30 years time I'll be approaching 80 though I'm pretty sure it'll be on the TV before then I'll still probably just buy the DVD, if Blockbusters was still around I'd just hire it though.

Saw it today and the time flew by it was over in a flash. Really loved it, he is by far the best bond.
