NAIM 002 - replacement transistors

I've a pair of old 110 boards with blown NA 002 output transistors. I've decided to repair them.

Are these all suitable replacements: (in no specific order)

1. MJ15003 - easily obtainable and not too expensive
2. MJ15015 - easily obtainable and not too expensive
3. BDY56 - hard to obtain and about twice the price of the above
