Mains DC Filtering

Just curious, but what's the current capablity of these DC filters? I'd be a little worried about using them with heavyweight amplifiers in case they can't pass the current the amp is trying to pull.

The only limiting factor for DC blockers is the ripple current capacity of the caps used. Although it's best-practice to use electrolytics back-to-back in this application, that does reduce current handling, and so I don't - and I'm still using DC blockers I built over a decade ago which have been in daily use throughout that time.

The ATL ones do about 15A. Ordered some pcb's to make some since i have hum problems on my actives since i got solar panels, or well it has gotten noticeably worse.

Detest amp hum issues, suffered it a lot particularly in Valve amps. I use Puritan Audio mains blocks with DC removal. Also theyre power cables very good esp the Ultimate which i use.
