They're still not really dynamic, even with 600w of Gryphon up them. Loud, yeh, but not that razor sharp leading edge that horns can deliver, ( but also not that multiple distinct drivers at the far end of a room pretending to be a PA like horns often do).If you can power them direct from a nuclear power station they are plenty dynamic

Same here, must have been the very late 70’s early 80’s being powered by a massive (for the time) Tresham amp from memory! I suspect the later Studio series may be more domestically acceptable but come on, an ATC bass driver with a straw filled port. Yummie!Proac EBS.
