It's like most things you have to change provider to get a better deal. We just moved house and BT only offered me £2 off to stay with them so I cancelled the contract, we were out of our current deal so no charges and re signed to BT for their current offer of £7.50 a month for twelve months for infinity fibre optic and £16 line rental, no calls included.
It's the same with insurance, go some place else for a better deal. They work on the assumption you can't be bothered.

Should simply be made illegal to offer a better deal to new customers than to existing. IMHO of course.
