I haven't forgotten your question Simon. There is no info on the pressure from Holbo, so I will need to take a look inside the pump enclosure and get the pump details. Alternatively, I might be able to measure the pressure.

If I recall, my table is the original, not the second version, and I seem to think the air pressure was around 0.3 Bar/4.3 PSI. Don't hold me to that figure, I had written it on my instruction manual at the time, might have gotten that from Bostjan Holc initially, not sure. It has been a few years! Certainly the Holbo is a very fine table, I enjoy it a lot.
Sorry for the delay Simon. Platter Weight is 5kgs. Air gap hight measured with a Mitutoyo digital caliper is 0.5mm, although this may vary by a small margin due to measurement inaccuracies. I measured it several times and the average was 0.5mm. Also, from an Italian review there is reference to an air cushion being 2.16kgs.
