Got the Exact for my P8

Think I'll stick with ATs, then.

I don't think you can go very wrong with them and if you like the AT sound then it's a good plan.

It's not that big a deal. The whole cart still costs less than a 2M Black stylus or the styluses for most of the carts you'd consider alternatives. It's not an overpriced cartridge.

My Exact also sagged without any signs of warning one day...have it still in the box...can this be repaired? If yes, is it worth the costs/effort?

How much did it sag? Could you hear the difference? The one I have was bought used and it rides fairly low but I've not had one before so I don't know if it's normal.

Difficult to say since it happened some long time ago...
If I remember correctly at least some millimeters and yes, it was audible in comparison to the sound before sagging...would need to build it in again to check though...

I've looked at a few pictures on line and I think it's normal. I guess the body is quite low by design.

No, it definitely was lower after the mentioned „sagging“ event!
I had to replace it. Now I‘m listening happily with an Ortofon 2M Black...

I prefer the Exact. Less detail and dynamics but once the novelty wears off the Black just wasn't conveying the flow and emotion of the music very well. A turntable cart miss-match I think.
