That wasn’t the intention.200 miles a week. Gulp! That’s put me in my place ...
I am on the waiting list for a full hip replacement, a vascular necrosis of the femural head. Serious shit unfortunately.I'm only joking. But that's a decent mileage. Sorry to hear about your hip though. Plans for a replacement?

You have a partial hip replacement which is ball & socket but a full is femur/head & socket. I have pins in my femural neck from an earlier accident. Is that what most of us regard as 'normal' hip replacement?
The saddle is bloody hard mind, may swap them over,
If you've a saddle you're good with stick it straight over!
Good luck with the new bike
All of the above except the repair kit. I always take a small pump with me as sometimes gas can be problematic.Road bike, tubeless, CO2 inflation kit, emergency inner tube, then what?
Do you take a mini pump on longer rides just in case? Do you go commando and not bother with anything? Tubeless repair kit?
Just trying to get my head around what I need.

Sealant should stop tyre deflating completely.
Best of luck

I recommend the Lezyne one, it has a flexible hose which works well & they are very durable.
