I've been onto Wilkinsons today and pointed out to them that this reflects badly on them too, though they have done nothing wrong. The person I spoke to agreed and also informed me that they are obliged.. by Panasonic, to publish all such promotions.. so that they can't even duck the issue. She has undertaken to pass on my 'observations' to their Panny rep and see whther he can expedite matters.
