I didn't think I had much time for cider but clearly haven't been drinking the right stuff.

Courtesy of some sort of green transition town thing going on in Melton Mowbray, and an annual day of same at the town's Country Park, my wife has got to know the lady who set up this place https://www.cidentro.co.uk/products/. We went last weekend to see the blossom and hear a bit about what they do and how they do it: fascinating. And of course we sampled three of their wares: a dry, a medium they appropriately described as "off dry"; much drier than your typical medium dry) and their alcohol free which was... well, basically you wouldn't have known. All seriously good.

Mail order available. A small operation ramping up, and rightfully so.
