Cheapish streamer with Bluetooth

Don't think any version of the CCA did bluetooth. I have one gathering dust if you want to try it Patrick, is bluetooth essential?

2nd hand rasberry pi / dac hat and you can use airplay which is better than Bluetooth. I’ve just done this, v easy and I’m a computer Luddite!....

Yeah that’s the main bit really. Just want an easy solution running Tidal from my phone.

From what i can see you can cast to a Chromecast audio from the Tidal app, so it should work that way unless you want MQA shenanigans.

I immediately thought of the new dac32 too - looks a neat little bit of kit (even if not using LMS!). Tempted to get one for a listen.

Ordered one today. At that price it's worth having a play with it.

Must admit I was initially interested if combined with the server - but at £190 for the two (with the initial discount) it put me right off.

I have pretty much the same features (actually more) with an RPi setup in one box at less than half the cost.
