Charlie had a nice Naim system inc a lovely pair of DBLs in his later years.
 
Long time since I listened to all their albums chronologically, each one slightly worse than the one before.
Having done this for the first time this afternoon, I would say each just as patchy as the next one. Having said that I think Synchronicity is the most consistent, even though it has the highest density of toe-curling I’m-not-just-a-pop-singer-I’ve-got-a-brain lyrics.
