slow down a second lads...I'm getting behind :)
V Busy here at base so... limit yourself to one great name a day maybe :p

And if your one of them wot chucks a name at me and runs, one a month!
Just joking.

Although.....

Huge thanks to all contributors so far. I've made a small thank you entry at the top of Page 1 with names of people whose ideas allowed an actual entry in the catalogue. If I've missed you tell me!

45 photographers there now, but some categories very thin, others overflowing. I think I'll draw a line at 20 entries per category for now...it's one whole page and 20 is plenty to explore, so I'd like to encourage anyone with ideas for :

ANIMAL/VEG/MIN
ARCHITECTURE
LANDSCAPE
MUSIC/PERFORMANCE
REPORTAGE and
STREET

So stick your ideas in please.
Thanks. Let's get to 10 in each category at least at least!

filed under what please davidjt? And do you have a preferred image as the avatar? Thanks.
Apologies.

Music/Performance

His work is still marketed/copyright and therefore protected on the web. Among Jazz enthusiasts he was known for those images, but possibly his most famous perfomance shot (and the first big poster in the lab) was of Jimi Hendrix.

The Grauniad has archived a few samples.https://www.theguardian.com/music/g...st-shots-life-photographing-musicians-gallery

Please don’t go too quiet!:)
How can we encourage contributions from a few other PFM members?
Maybe some just haven’t noticed this is happening.
