Gamers really do need state-of-the-art bleeding edge stuff but it doesn’t apply here.

Except that audio data rate speeds we are not at the 'bleeding edge'.

Keeping things cool due to extreme overclocking and the processing requirement of audio, or cryogenically treating materials, are very different things indeed. Startling how some companies are making 'data only' (no clock signal) cabling and processing power as audiophile selling points!
