Aphex Twin "Drukqs". Perhaps not the MOst accessible of his albums, but the MOst rewarding..... and it's a double album
Badly Drawn Boy "The Hour of Bewilderbeast".
Bjork.... Can I suggest the recently released box set?
Bob Marley..... There's probably a compilation which covers all the essentials. Of the individual albums though... possibly Kaya.
DJ Shadow "Endtroducing" Better still, the Deluxe edition!

Joanna Newsom "The Milk-Eyed Mender".
Lamb "Lamb" Their first and still their best.

I did comparatively poorly there with just a 7 I need New Day Rising and Land Speed Record to complete Husker Dü and I havent got the Shins or Mum albums (havent even heard them).
